If you are a student in grades 5 through 8 in the Pascagoula, Gautier, Moss Point, East Central or Resurrection School Districts, tell us "What the Bill of Rights Means to Me," and you could win a $100 gift certificate.  If you win the location grade competition, your essay will be sent to the Mississippi State Elks Association Americanism Essay contest.  If you win that, you COULD go all the way to the Benevolent and Protection Order of Elks' National Americanism Essay where you could win a $1,000 prize.
