The submission of this inquiry does not constitute a binding contract and your inquiry may not be accepted or a contract offered for your event.  Service of alcohol will require law enforcement security at your event and the number of officers and costs associated are determined by the number of guests attending the event. The hall is not available for rent on Thursdays due to Pascagoula Elks Lodge 1120 Bingo and regular Lodge business meetings that occur on that day of the week.  You must sign a contract for rental no less than fourteen (14) days before the event. Misleading or fraudulent information submitted in the inquiry or during contract negotiations in an effort to reduce costs will void any signed contract up to an including the day of the event, and any deposit will be forfeited by the renter.
