Beacon Grant Awarded to Youth Committee for School Projects

Youth Committee Chairman Paul Thompson recently reported that the Pascagoula Elks Lodge 1120 Youth Committee was awarded a $4000 Beacon grant and will be used towards projects in the Pascagoula Gautier School District as well as the Moss Point School District.

For the Pascagoula Gautier School District, children in need of underwear and socks will be provided the essential items that the rest of us take for granted every day. In the Moss Point School District, those students who have repairs to their tablet devices who can otherwise not afford them can receive assistance.
